Kasia Zabratańska

Chairwoman of the Foundation. She leverages her professional experience for over 15 years, collaborating with international organizations, businesses, NGOs, and public administration, actively involved in creating and implementing DEI standards and policies. A certified human rights and anti-discrimination trainer, focusing on well-being and burnout prevention. A DEI researcher and author of over 50 articles and reports dedicated to DEI issues, particularly the rights of women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and the deaf community. A graduate of the Women’s Leadership Program at the Leon Koźmiński Academy and Multicultural Studies. Trained as a sociologist, historian, cultural studies expert, and cultural animator. Privately a Buddhist, vegetarian, cyclist, passionate about travel, history, and Jewish culture.

Magdalena Tabor

Vice Chairperson of the Foundation. For the past 6 years, she has been coordinating and managing national and international projects in the areas of diversity, gender equality, and human rights. She oversees the substantive quality of foundation initiatives and the establishment of valuable and stable partnerships. She has experience in organizing various events such as training sessions, informational meetings, presentations, conferences, etc. Responsible for the preparation and publication of reports, monographs, and educational scripts on DEI topics in collaboration with organizations from Poland, Cyprus, and Italy. Personally, she is a lover of cinema, sports, philosophy, and travel.

Agata Gumienniak

Specialist in financial matters, project management, obtaining grants and international cooperation.

Ania Kowalczuk

Graduate in English studies and cultural animation, she has been involved for years in education, culture, and intercultural communication. She has experience in project coordination and international cooperation. At the foundation, she works on written and oral translations, supporting the workshops and the development of project materials.

Maciej Janczara

IT Specialist. Responsible for technical matters, including managing the foundation’s website. Privately, a photography and culinary arts enthusiast.

Aldona Gumienniak

A graduate of the Medical University, a certified physiotherapist with a passion for natural methods of health and beauty care in a broad sense. She specializes in manual facial therapies aimed at restoring tissue harmony, promoting relaxation, and celebrating “a moment for oneself.” In her work, Aldona follows a holistic approach — combining knowledge of physiotherapy, anatomy, and natural care to support the renewal of the skin and facial tissues, improve muscle condition, and reduce tension and stress. She uses manual techniques, massages, and touch therapies, adapting methods to the individual needs of her clients. Privately, she is a mother of three children — she combines family life with professional commitment, valuing balance, time for regeneration, and conscious self-care.

Ania Kaszuba

A psychologist, yoga teacher, and facilitator of body-based groups/workshops. For 15 years she has been working with people who have experienced trauma and with those struggling with the effects of chronic stress. In her work, she combines conversation (psychological support) and movement (yoga, elements of sensorimotor psychotherapy) to help people build contact and trust with their bodies and to foster healthy relationships. She is continually fascinated by the wisdom of the body and the nervous system. She loves movement (yoga, dance, breathwork, tai chi, jogging, walking), which, in her view, opens doors to new possibilities and gives a sense of self-reliance and agency over one’s own life.

Jolanta Sienkiewicz-Prochowicz

A philosopher, teacher, social activist, and anti-discrimination trainer. She conducts research and social activities around women’s rights, inclusive language, and multiculturalism. She is the author of the book University, Humanities, Philosophy: Issues of Academic Education in the Works of Martha Nussbaum and Alasdair MacIntyre and co-editor (with Bartosz Wójcik) of the anthology Poetki na czas zarazy (Poetesses for Times of Plague).

Kasia Paterek

A psychologist, therapist, and trainer in psychosocial skills. An activist engaged in educational and ecological initiatives. Since 2004, she has continuously supported children, youth, and adults in building psychological well-being and self-connection. She works in the Solution-Focused Therapy approach, with attentiveness to the body, emotions, and voice. In her therapeutic practice, she combines a scientific approach with deep sensitivity to relationships and community. She has sung in groups since childhood, and since 2017 she has run her own initiative, Therapeutic Singing. She continuously seeks opportunities to improve her skills, including Szkoła Trenerek Antywypalenia i Dobrostanu Fundacji Regenerakcja (Anti-Burnout and Well-being Trainers’ School of the Regenerakcja Foundation), the Process-Oriented Psychology Study, and the WHO Psychological First Aid course. She has long collaborated with organizations such as Fundacja Rozwoju Dzieci (Children’s Development Foundation) and Półpiętro Psychological Studio. Co-founder of Dom Przyrody i Kultury (House of Nature and Culture) in the Białowieża Forest. Creator of original therapeutic projects — her favorite is the mobile hairdressing-therapeutic salon Złote cięcie.

Snizhana Ziaziun

She comes from Ukraine and has lived in Poland since 2015. Her own path of adaptation in a new country — full of challenges, discoveries, and exploration — has enabled her today to support other women in their growth and in rediscovering themselves. She is a certified coach, a specialist in working with metaphorical cards, and a member of the International Association of Coaching IPACT (Eastern Europe). Since 2021, she has conducted individual coaching sessions (online and offline), sessions with metaphorical cards, and developmental meetings for women. In her work, she helps women: set goals and identify priorities, overcome shame and fear, hear their true desires and express them courageously, adapt more easily to new places and situations, and navigate change with greater awareness and ease. She believes that every woman carries enormous potential — sometimes all it takes is giving it space to unfold. Since 2024, she has also been developing her skills in psychology, studying Gestalt therapy, which enriches her practice and allows her to accompany her clients even more fully in their processes of change. Privately, she is a mother who loves yoga and contact with nature, which bring peace, balance, and inspiration for living in harmony with oneself.

Sylwia Lasok​

A vocalist and music therapist. For 15 years she has been leading her original drumming workshops for children and adults. Leader of the women’s drumming group Babtyle. In her approach to music workshops, she emphasizes group integration, playing with rhythm, and the collective experience of “being here and now in rhythm.” She supports the musical development of every willing person, believing that everyone has an innate need and ability to express themselves through rhythm, melody, and movement. A lover of movement in nature, animals (especially chickens), ultra running in the mountains, as well as Portugal and Portuguese-language music.

Volha/Olga Pukhouskaya

A feminist, philologist, assertiveness and self-defense trainer in the WenDo method, and guide at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews. She has over 15 years of experience working both in business and in the non-profit sector. She is a consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she focuses on the assessment and development of leaders from various sectors, conducts research and workshops on organizational culture change, and facilitates workshops on team functioning and collaboration. For 10 years, she has been practicing martial arts and self-defense, engaging in, organizing, and leading sports training for youth, women, and queer people. She is a lover of all mountains and some cities.

Olga Łaniewska

A feminist activist, anti-discrimination educator, and WenDo self-defense trainer. For years she has been engaged in activities for equality, preventing violence, and strengthening the position of women and people from groups vulnerable to discrimination. By education and experience, she is a certified WenDo trainer, having completed the WenDo Training Academy in 2016, after which she went to Minsk, where she became the first WenDo trainer in Belarus. Due to escalating repression and violence from the authorities, she left the country in 2021 and returned to Poland. From 2022 to 2024, she served as president of the Autonomia Foundation and director of the Feminist Solidarity Center. In December 2024, Olga Łaniewska was nominated for the Woman of the Year 2024 by Forbes Women Poland award in the category of social activity. Her work combines activism, education, and practical support for people who experience violence and exclusion. The mission she consistently pursues is to build a world based on equality, safety, and solidarity.
