We spent the last few days in a truly special place where education meets multiculturalism, and the role of an educator takes on a whole new dimension!
Job shadowing at the Association of Polish Language and Culture Teachers in Rome was a real school of life — and an international one at that!
🔹 We learned how to work with the Polish diaspora and migrant communities
🔹 We explored modern teaching methods
🔹 We delved into how to build bridges between cultures within diverse families
🔹 We talked about adaptation, integration, and growth in the role of an educator
It was a time full of inspiration, sharing experiences, and deep professional and personal development. We left with our minds full of ideas and our hearts full of motivation!
