Well-being and Stress as the Foundation of Everyday Teamwork

We are happy to share that we have officially launched a new training season ✨

Our first session focused on a topic that is crucial for both people and organizations: mental well-being and coping with stress.

We recently completed a training session for one of the associations based in Lublin. Together with the team, we explored what stress actually is, where it comes from, and how it truly affects everyday work, relationships, and communication.

During the workshop, we addressed, among other things:

  • what stress is and what its sources are,
  • how to recognize signs of stress in the body, thoughts, and emotions,
  • how to notice overload early—before it takes control,
  • which micro-strategies can help “here and now,”
  • how to communicate difficult moments and set boundaries when “it’s already too much.”

🧰 An important part of the training was working with our original Well-being First Aid Kit—a practical tool that helps people pause, name their current state, and choose appropriate ways of caring for themselves and their team.

We focus on practice and experience, which is why we worked in a variety of formats:

  • pair and small-group work,
  • individual reflection,
  • micro-discussions and shared reflections on:
    • how to cope with stress individually and as a team,
    • why fatigue is not a reason for shame or self-blame,
    • which team-based solutions help after difficult situations,
    • what not to say in moments of strong emotion,
    • how to talk about boundaries and overload before tension escalates.

The result? A great deal of attentiveness, authentic conversations, and concrete takeaways that participants could immediately apply in their everyday work 🌿
