We are proud to announce that Inna Fundacja has joined the ranks of the Diversity Charter Allies — an initiative promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and in social action.

What is the Diversity Charter?

The Diversity Charter is an international initiative promoted by the European Commission and coordinated in Poland by the Responsible Business Forum. It is a commitment made by organizations — companies, institutions, and foundations — to counteract discrimination and create an open, welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, origin, religion, or other identity traits.

What does it mean to be a Diversity Charter Ally?

As a Diversity Charter Ally, Inna Fundacja commits to:

  • Supporting actions that promote equal treatment and respect for diversity,

  • Promoting inclusivity both within the organization and in the public sphere,

  • Participating in initiatives and events related to the Charter,

  • Sharing good practices and educating the community.

What are the benefits?

By joining the Diversity Charter:

  • We build a stronger, more inclusive organization based on the values of respect and cooperation,

  • We gain access to a network of organizations that share the same values,

  • We take part in trainings, conferences, and projects that support development in the area of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion),

  • We demonstrate that our commitment to diversity is a genuine priority — not just words.

What does it mean in practice?

For Inna Fundacja, this is not just a symbolic partnership, but daily work that includes:

  • Using inclusive language in all our materials and activities,

  • Making our projects accessible to people from various social groups,

  • Responding to exclusion and promoting empathy and openness.

Joining the Diversity Charter Allies is another step in our mission to build a society in which every person can feel safe, seen, and valued.
