We have just completed a week-long Erasmus+ training in Barcelona on Well-being for Social-Emotional Development

It was an incredible experience full of new, practical ideas that we are excited to incorporate into my daily work.

We learned the theoretical foundations of social-emotional education and its impact on well-being and achievement.

We practiced how to create age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned activities that support social-emotional development.

We explored practical ways to build a safe, inclusive environment where each student feels seen and understood.

We observed nature, learning about the importance of mindfulness, storytelling, and creative arts in fostering connections to nature and supporting students’ emotional development.

The training concluded with the awarding of completion certificates, which is a great honor for us. We are filled with inspiration to put these ideas into practice and share them with others.
