Kasia Zabratańska
Chairperson of the Foundation. She leverages her professional experience for over 15 years, collaborating with international organizations, businesses, NGOs, and public administration, actively involved in creating and implementing DEI standards and policies. A certified human rights and anti-discrimination trainer, focusing on well-being and burnout prevention. A DEI researcher and author of over 50 articles and reports dedicated to DEI issues, particularly the rights of women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and the deaf community. A graduate of the Women’s Leadership Program at the Leon Koźmiński Academy and Multicultural Studies. Trained as a sociologist, historian, cultural studies expert, and cultural animator. Privately a Buddhist, vegan, cyclist, passionate about travel, history, and Jewish culture.
Magdalena Tabor
Vice Chairperson of the Foundation. For the past 6 years, she has been coordinating and managing national and international projects in the areas of diversity, gender equality, and human rights. She oversees the substantive quality of foundation initiatives and the establishment of valuable and stable partnerships. She has experience in organizing various events such as training sessions, informational meetings, presentations, conferences, etc. Responsible for the preparation and publication of reports, monographs, and educational scripts on DEI topics in collaboration with organizations from Poland, Cyprus, and Italy. Personally, she is a lover of cinema, sports, philosophy, and travel.
Agata Gumienniak
Specialist in financial matters, project management, obtaining grants and international cooperation.
Maciej Janczara
IT Specialist. Responsible for technical matters, including managing the foundation’s website. Privately, a photography and culinary arts enthusiast.
