🌈 Let’s talk. Let’s ask questions. Let’s build openness.

This June – Pride Month – we were invited to lead a webinar dedicated to LGBTQ+ people in the workplace. It was a space for honest, meaningful, and often difficult conversations. Many questions came up – the kind people rarely ask out loud, but often think about:

❓“What about bathrooms for non-binary people?”
❓“What about trans people in sports?”
❓“What if someone says, ‘If you can change your identity, then I want to be a chair’?”
❓“If kids pretend to be animals, do companies need to install litter boxes?”

💬 We welcome these questions. Truly. Because each one reflects a need – to understand, to joke, to express fear, or to draw a line that’s now shifting.

This is where change begins – in these conversations.
When people ask questions, it means something is stirring in them. That they want to know more. That they’re ready to pause and seek meaning.

And that’s how it all starts – with a conversation.
Because courage and openness are like muscles – they grow when you use them. 💪🏳️‍🌈

Thank you for this meeting – full of curiosity, attentiveness, and authenticity.
Pride isn’t just June. It’s a daily choice.

June is Pride Month, but Pride is more than a celebration.
It’s:
💬 speaking in your own voice,
🤝 building community,
✨ celebrating diversity,
🔥 fighting for human rights,
💖 and joy no one can take away.

Every LGBTQ+ person deserves safety, respect, and love – not just in June, but every day.

You don’t have to be part of the community to be part of the change.
📢 Be an ally. Be open. Be yourself.
